By enrolling in BrightNest Academy courses or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BrightNest Academy provides online and offline tutoring services in Kannada, English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science for students of various grade levels.

3. Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment of applicable fees
• A demo fee of ₹100 is applicable, which is adjustable against tuition or refundable within 30 days
• Course fees vary based on subject, mode, and schedule – contact us for details

4. Class Attendance

• Students are expected to attend scheduled classes regularly
• Prior notice of at least 4 hours is required for class cancellation
• Missed classes without notice are not eligible for makeup sessions

5. Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior during all interactions with educators and staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by BrightNest Academy are proprietary and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrightNest Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
