At BrightNest Academy, we believe that quality education should come with clear and honest pricing. Below you will find all details related to our course fees, payment options, subscription plans, and cancellation terms. Please review this policy to understand how we structure our services.
Tuition Fees
Our monthly tuition fees in INR (Indian Rupees) are determined by the following factors:
- Educator Expertise - The qualifications and experience of the assigned teacher.
- Curriculum & Syllabus - The specific curriculum being taught (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or general proficiency).
- Level of Study - Whether the student is enrolled in school curriculum (Grades 1-10).
- Session Frequency - The number of classes per week and session duration.
For personalized fee details, parents and students will receive direct communication from us regarding the exact fees based on the selected course and program after booking a demo class.
Demo Class Fee
- A one-time demo fee of ?100 applies per demo session.
- If the student enrolls, this fee is adjusted against the first month's tuition.
- If the student does not enroll, the demo fee is fully refundable within 30 days of the demo class date.
Adjustments & Subscriptions
- We offer flexible subscription plans - monthly, quarterly, and annual - for sustained learning.
- Quarterly and annual plans come with preferential rates communicated during enrollment.
- BrightNest Academy reserves the right to revise course fees and subscription plans. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Razorpay - Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets (transaction fee may apply for card payments; no fee for UPI).
- UPI Direct - GPay, PhonePe, or PayTM via QR code or mobile number (no transaction fee).

Refunds & Cancellations
- All monthly tuition fees paid for courses are non-refundable once the billing month has commenced.
- If a class is cancelled by BrightNest Academy or the assigned teacher, it will be rescheduled within the subscription period at no additional cost.
- Students may discontinue enrollment with 15 days written notice. No refund is issued for the current month.
- Any advance fees paid beyond the current month will be refunded within 15 working days.
- Refund eligibility, if applicable under this policy, shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, and BrightNest Academy reserves the right to offer alternative remedies.
Late Payment
- Fees are due by the 5th of each month.
- A grace period of 5 days is provided after the due date.
- Continued non-payment beyond the grace period may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is received.
